About me

His journey in veterinary medicine began long before he started working in clinical practice. As early as 2017, he became a laureate of the national final of the Olympiad of Knowledge and Agricultural Skills in the veterinary medicine category. Today, he combines professional practice with educational activities and actively represents the veterinary technician community.

Krystian has many years of experience working in an anaesthesiology and intensive care unit, as well as in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory. His main professional areas of interest include:

  • veterinary anaesthesia and perioperative care,
  • patient monitoring during anaesthesia,
  • intensive care and care of hospitalised patients,
  • emergency medicine and pre-veterinary first aid,
  • laboratory diagnostics,
  • treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds.

In his work, he places particular emphasis on patient safety, proper preparation for medical procedures, accurate monitoring, and effective cooperation within the entire veterinary team.

Krystian is the President of the Polish Association of Veterinary Technicians and a member of the Board of the Polish Association of Veterinary Anaesthesiologists. As a representative of the Polish Association of Veterinary Technicians, he is also a member of the National Team of Industry Consultants for Professions and Qualifications operating under the Ministry of National Education, where he represents the field of veterinary technology.

For many years, he has been actively involved in the development and integration of the professional community. He co-organises training courses, webinars, congresses, and educational projects aimed at veterinary technicians, pupils, and students. He conducts classes in anaesthesiology, intensive care, laboratory diagnostics, blood gas analysis, patient monitoring, and the fundamentals of everyday work in veterinary healthcare facilities.

In his training programmes, he focuses primarily on practical skills, understanding the procedures being performed, and acting safely within the scope of professional competencies. His goal is for veterinary technicians to be knowledgeable, well-prepared, and full-fledged members of medical teams.

He is also involved in initiatives promoting pre-veterinary first aid. Together with the Polish Association of Veterinary Technicians team, he has conducted, among other activities, BLS (Basic Life Support) demonstrations during Open’er Festival 2026.

Outside the field of veterinary medicine, he is a recreational sports instructor specialising in horse riding and a hippotherapy instructor.
